Eligibility and Participation

This program is open to individuals, businesses, startups, non-profits, and organizations that meet the eligibility criteria defined for each award category.
Participants must submit authentic, accurate, and complete information during the nomination or entry process.
Proof of eligibility (such as identification, business registration documents, or supporting certificates) may be requested at any time before or after submission.
Entries containing false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information may be disqualified without prior notice.
Participants must ensure that all submitted content (including text, images, videos, and documents) is original or legally authorized for use.
The organizers reserve the right to verify the identity and authenticity of any participant or entry.

Submission of an entry or nomination does not guarantee selection as a winner or finalist.
All evaluations are conducted based on category-specific judging criteria, professionalism, and merit.
The decisions of the judging panel are final, impartial, and binding.
Appeals, objections, or requests for reconsideration will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Participation does not establish any entitlement to future opportunities, awards, or recognitions.

If an applicant is not selected, the nomination fee for the categories will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the date of the official announcement.
Payment of the nomination fee does not influence or affect the judging process or final outcomes in any manner.

By participating, you grant the organizers the right to use your name, organization name, logo, and submitted materials for promotional, marketing, and post-event publications.
Confidential or sensitive information provided during the nomination process will not be disclosed publicly without prior written consent.
The organizers may store and process your data for administrative, communication, and program-related purposes.
Participants agree to receive program updates, notifications, and promotional content via email or phone.
Data will be managed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Winners will be contacted through the email address or phone number provided during registration.
Notification details will include award category, event schedule, and attendance instructions.
Winners may be invited to attend the event at no cost; however, costs such as travel, accommodation, and F&B Pass (unless stated otherwise) remain solely the participant’s responsibility.
Failure to respond to notifications within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the award.
The organizers may announce winners publicly through press releases, social media, and event publications.

Disqualified participants may lose eligibility for future editions of the program.

The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program or event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Significant changes will be communicated to participants through official communication channels.
In case of cancellation, nomination fees will still remain non-refundable but may be adjusted for future editions or services, at the organizers' discretion.
The organizers may update category criteria, judging processes, or event format when deemed necessary.

Participants retain ownership of their submitted content but grant the organizers a non-exclusive right to use it for program-related activities.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions do not violate copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Any intellectual property disputes arising from submissions will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

Participants must maintain ethical conduct, respect event guidelines, and adhere to all instructions from the organizers.
Harassment, misconduct, or disturbance toward organizers, judges, or fellow participants will result in immediate removal and disqualification.
Any inappropriate use of the event platform, content, or branding is strictly prohibited.

The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during participation or event attendance.
Participants attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
The organizers shall not be liable for technical issues, system failures, or submission errors arising from user devices or networks.

By submitting an entry, nomination, or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Participants acknowledge that winning is not guaranteed and selections are made exclusively based on merit and judging criteria.
Continued participation signifies acceptance of any updated or modified terms made by the organizers.
