- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- The conference welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and experience levels.
Professional Behavior
- Engage in constructive, polite communication during sessions and networking activities.
- Avoid disruptive actions that interfere with presentations, exhibits, or meetings.
- Respect personal boundaries and request consent before taking photos, recording, or sharing others’ information.
Safe & Secure Environment
- Comply with venue safety protocols, staff instructions, and any emergency procedures.
- Physical intimidation, threats, or behavior that compromises anyone’s safety is not tolerated.
- Report unsafe or concerning behavior to conference staff immediately.
Ethical Participation
- Share accurate and honest information during discussions, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to conduct business transparently and ethically.
- Respect all intellectual property; unauthorized recording or distribution of content is prohibited.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Respect the privacy of attendees and their professional boundaries.
- Do not misuse contact information or send unsolicited promotional messages.
Responsible Use of Technology
- Avoid inappropriate, offensive, or harmful digital communication.
- Hacking attempts, unauthorized system access, or actions that disrupt conference platforms are prohibited.
Alcohol & Social Events
- If attending events where alcohol is served, consume responsibly.
- All expectations for respect and professionalism apply to every conference-related activity.
Consequences of Misconduct
- Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following:
- Verbal warnings
- Removal from specific sessions or the entire event without refund
- Loss of credentials, exhibitor rights, or sponsorship privileges
- Reporting the incident to relevant authorities when required
Reporting
- If you witness or experience inappropriate behavior, notify conference staff immediately.

- All reports will be handled seriously and with discretion.
